Therapy for Teens, Adults, and Families

Whatever the circumstances, you can make it through.

Get the support you need.

The world is complex, no matter who you are or what your circumstances may be. Figuring out how to manage the realities of living in this world, in this moment, in this body, is something all of us must do. Whether you are a high school or college student experiencing anxiety or depression; a parent balancing personal, family, and work expectations; an adult going through a transition; or you are simply feeling tired and overwhelmed by the current political, social, and environmental challenges, I can provide support as you move toward a future that reflects your values.

I work with individuals and families with concerns around:

  • Depression and Anxiety

  • Trauma Recovery

  • Parenting

  • Work Life Balance

  • Loneliness and Isolation

  • Family Conflict

  • Life Transitions

  • Ecological Grief

  • Relationship concerns

  • Spirituality

  • Racial and Ethnic Identity

  • Family of Origin Issues

  • Academic Concerns

  • ADHD

  • Self-Esteem and Identity

  • Justice

  • Gender Issues

  • Transitions to Adulthood

My approach is person-centered and experiential, and is tailored to the goals, culture, and concerns of the individual or family with whom I am working. I help create the conditions for you to discover your own answers, to redefine your relationships (especially the one with yourself), to develop new patterns and behaviors, and to let go of old ones.
